World Chaos
You have witnessed a historic peace agreement with Israel. You have seen the establishment of a one-world government led by one individual. You have seen the coming together of the world's religions for a common acceptance. You have seen two individuals, whom some say is the return of 2 Old Testament prophets, come forth and are doing miraculous things.
The last 3½ years is when the world will experience the bulk of God’s wrath, but the first 3½ years won’t be a picnic either.
Though this world leader will be successful in establishing peace in the middle east with Israel, he won’t be able to keep conflicts from breaking out around the world.
While the two witnesses are alive there will be no rain. Without rain, you have a worldwide drought. With drought comes food shortages worldwide. Today, many people live paycheck to paycheck. During this tribulation period, people will be fortunate just to be able to put food on the table. Forget retirement, forget vacations, forget fun activities. Most people will have to work just to buy groceries and pay the utilities. You can probably forget about organic food and such because most people won’t be able to afford it.
Revelation chapter 6 conveys that when the fourth seal is broken death follows. During this time, one-fourth of the world’s population will die from things like war, famine, and plagues (pandemics). Today the world population is close to 8 billion people. That means roughly 2 billion people will have died from these things.
We are told in Matthew 24:4-8
Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. 6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains.
This is just the beginning ….
