Look up

For all of us who follow Jesus, whether it be those of us present before the tribulation begins or those of you who are present in the tribulation period. As you look around at the wickedness in the world. The injustice against God’s people. When it seems to you like the unrighteous prosper while the righteous suffer. Never forget, we know how the story ends and who wins.

I want to encourage you to not rejoice in the judgment the unsaved are about to face. Rather weep for them. The world will soon face the outpouring of God’s wrath. Billions will die and step into eternity where they will wait for sentencing at the Great White Throne judgment. There they will learn that they will spend eternity in the lake of fire.

Pray for a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Pray that God will open the eyes of those who are spiritually blind who can’t see the truth and don’t want to. There are people you know, if the tribulation period began tomorrow, would face an unprecedented time of judgment from God.
Pray that many more will come to Christ before Jesus comes for His bride, the church.

Remember, look up for your redemption draws near. Stand firm in your faith in Jesus. Rejoice because Jesus will soon rule and reign for a thousand years. Rejoice because soon Jesus will create a new heaven and a new earth. One day soon the trumpet will sound and the dead in Christ will rise up and we who are alive will be caught in the air.
